Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data I collect on this website, what I use it for, who I share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

Data controller

  • Controller: [Full name pending] (Samuel Mosquera)
  • Tax ID (NIF): [NIF pending]
  • Address: [Address pending]
  • Email: [Email pending]

What data I collect

  • Contact form: name, email, phone number and the message you write.
  • Questionnaire and video call booking: name, age, email, phone, the service you're interested in, your level and your calisthenics goal. Also the ad that brought you here (the campaign parameters in the link), to know which ads work.
  • If you message me on Instagram: whatever data you send me there.
  • Technical data: your IP address, only to protect the forms from spam (by limiting repeated submissions). I don't store it.

I don't ask for health data. If you mention an injury in your message, I only use it to assess your case and prepare your plan.

What I use it for and on what legal basis

  • Replying to you and seeing whether we're a good fit, and arranging the video call: based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on pre-contractual steps you ask for.
  • Providing the service if you sign up for a plan: based on our contract.
  • Protecting the website from spam: based on legitimate interest.

I don't use your data to send you advertising and I don't make automated decisions about you.

Who I share it with

I don't sell or hand over your data. I only share it in these cases:

  • Matías Castillo, the nutritionist I work with, if you choose a service that includes nutrition: I pass him your answers so he can prepare your nutrition plan. Matías works from Peru, a country without an EU adequacy decision; this transfer takes place because you request it by choosing nutrition, and with your consent.
  • Providers who help me deliver the service (data processors), who only use your data for that purpose:
    • Cloudflare: website hosting.
    • Resend: sending me what you write in the forms by email.
    • Calendly: video call booking (you give them your details when you book in their calendar).
    • Google: calendar and, if used, the spreadsheet where I keep the answers.
Some of them are based in the United States. They are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
  • Public authorities and courts, only when the law requires it.

How long I keep it

If you don't sign up, for a maximum of 12 months from your last message, in case we pick the conversation up again. If you do sign up, for as long as the service lasts and then for the period required by law (for example, tax law). After that I delete it.

Minors

The questionnaire doesn't accept anyone under 14. You need to be an adult to sign up for a plan; if you're between 14 and 17, get in touch together with your parent or guardian.

Your rights

At any time you can ask me to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use, restrict its use, take it elsewhere or withdraw your consent. Email me at [Email pending] saying which right you want to exercise. I'll reply within one month.

If you think I haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

Cookies

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. If you book a video call, the Calendly calendar shown inside the page may set its own cookies; Calendly informs you and asks for your permission in its own notice.

This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
